COUNCIL ISSUES NEW APPEAL TO PUBLIC ON WATER USE AS SUPPLIES DWINDLE

first_imgRAIN is on the way to Donegal this week – according to the forecasters – but Donegal County Council is urging people to restrict their water usage due to dwindling stocks in our reservoirs.The council is urging the public to use only what is needed and to conserve their use of water to essential purposes only for the duration of the current dry spell.Water restrictions in the Stranorlar Electoral Area are set to continue with water supplies being restricted again tonight from the Brinaleck reservoir in the Glenties Electoral Area.
